Organize and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Provide guidance and support to the team members on Agile principles and practices, helping them to understand and implement Agile methodologies effectively.
Identify and help remove obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress, ensuring that they can work efficiently.
Foster a collaborative environment within the team and between teams, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, ensuring that there is clear communication regarding project goals, progress, and challenges.
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating discussions on how the team can enhance their processes and performance.
Help the team track their progress using Agile metrics (like burndown charts) and ensure that they are meeting their commitments.
Assist in training new team members on Agile practices and the specific processes of the team or organization.
Work closely with the Product Owner/Initiative Stream lead to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and understood by the team. Additionally, supporting with other tasks.
Promote Agile practices within the organization, helping to create a culture that embraces Agile values and principles.
Drive structured planning and execution, ensuring effective coordination, transparent tracking and reporting, and proactive stakeholder engagement and communications.
Understand technical concepts and terminology well enough to follow discussions, engage with teams effectively, and make informed decisions.
Support with documentation, training and conducting relevant workshops.

Scrum Master Certification or equivalent qualifications.
