?? Job Summary
Client Service Technical Specialist provides technical support for treasury and trade technology solutions, focusing on host-to-host connectivity, UAT regression testing, and smooth transition of system changes into production.

?? Key Responsibilities
Resolve host-to-host connectivity issues by diagnosing technical problems and implementing timely solutions
Act as a subject matter expert on host-to-host connectivity protocols, including FTP, SFTP, AS2, and HTTPS
Perform regression testing in UAT environments to validate system changes, enhancements, and updates prior to production release
Collaborate with internal technical teams, including developers and system administrators, to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Record client interactions, technical problems, and resolution steps accurately within CRM and ticketing systems
Support client onboarding by assisting with technical configurations, system integrations, and connectivity setup
Develop and maintain technical documentation such as user guides, troubleshooting manuals, and best practice guidelines
Remain informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to treasury systems and host-to-host connectivity
Communicate client feedback, technical requirements, and enhancement requests to product and development teams
Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers to resolve system integration and connectivity issues
Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements with minimal operational impact
* Review and audit host-to-host configurations and security controls for compliance and best practice
* Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to improve client experience, system stability, and efficiency

?? Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field

??Experience
3-5 years’ experience in a technical support, client services, or operations role within a financial or transaction-processing environment
Prior experience in a junior specialist or technical analyst capacity is advantageous
Strong knowledge of host-to-host protocols and file transfer mechanisms
Experience with treasury and trade systems or transaction processing platforms
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relating to financial transactions and electronic payments
Experience in regression testing methodologies and UAT environments
Solid knowledge of database management systems and SQL querying
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and incident management practices
Experience using CRM systems and ticketing tools for issue tracking and client support
