Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain IT infrastructure, backups, and disaster recovery
- Assist users with IT issues and help desk requests
- Support internal system implementations and telephone systems
- Ensure IT assets are effectively maintained
Qualifications:
- N+ and A+ certifications
- 2–3 years IT Admin experience
- Knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus
The proposed salary for the role is around R18k per month – the final offer will depend on experience and skills.
