Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll lead requirements analysis, process mapping, backlog refinement, and solution alignment within agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Analyse current and future-state processes and recommend improvements
- Support backlog management and delivery planning activities
- Conduct feasibility assessments and contribute to solution recommendations
- Produce clear documentation, process flows, and supporting materials
