Experience:
- Certified BA with over 7 years of experience:
- Retail experience
- Omni/Ecommerce experience (advantageous)
- SAP modules experience: SAP Hybris/SAP Commerce Cloud (advantageous)
- Agile/Waterfall experience
- Worked on multiple projects.
Key tasks (not limited to):
- Plan/Strategise approach to BA work
- Facilitate sessions e.g. workshops, interviews, with stakeholders
- Elicit, document requirements (e.g. BRD) and review
- Document Epics, Features and User Stories (with acceptance criteria)
- Document as-is and to-be process with improvement to processes/gap analysis
- Manage UAT
- Support/BAU
