Coactivate is currently looking for a highly motivated BI Manager to join their team.

Purpose:
The BI Manager is responsible for optimising call centre performance by integrating dialling systems with data analytics. They maximise agent productivity, improve contact rates and conversion rates and the overall campaign results.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • 3-5 years’ call centre experience
  • Dialler management experience
  • Team Management experience
  • Senior internal and external Stakeholder engagement
  • Advanced Technical Proficiencies Power BI / SQL/ Excel experience essential
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
  • Clear criminal record

Key Duties:

  • Oversees a team responsible for delivering reports, dashboards, and insights that support decision-making across the business
  • Set priorities, manage stakeholders, and ensure data is accurate and accessible. Data Analysis & Reporting – Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly BI reports and dashboards.
  • Continuous Optimization – Analyse trends and provide recommendations to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with Operations, QA, Training, and Management to improve campaign results.
  • Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and POPIA compliance.
  • Setup and Manage dialler strategy and configurations – Load, clean, segment, and manage calling data. Maintain dialler settings, pacing, recycling rules, and compliance standards.
  • Maximise contact rates, conversion rates, agent productivity, and campaign performance.
