Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards for sales, marketing spend (CAC and ROAS), product usage, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into effective visual solutions
- Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of all reports and dashboards
- Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for business optimisation
- Troubleshoot performance, data integrity, and usability issues within reports and dashboards
- Stay up to date with Power BI advancements and apply best practices to enhance reporting capabilities
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Education:
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data visualisation
- Proven experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Experience working with large datasets and performing analytical tasks
- Technical Skills:
- Power BI (advanced)
- SQL and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advantageous:
- Experience with Tableau or QlikView
- Knowledge of data modelling and ETL processes
- Exposure to cloud-based platforms (Azure or AWS)
- Power BI or related certification
