Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and BI solutions
- Design, build, and deploy data warehouses, data models, and analytics platforms
- Develop, maintain, and optimise dashboards and reports using modern BI tools
- Collaborate with teams to integrate systems and ensure seamless data flow
- Execute database queries, perform analysis, and deliver actionable insights
- Maintain and support BI platforms, including troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and ensure solution quality
- Conduct testing and ensure reliability of BI solutions
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Informatics, or a related field
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior BI Developer or similar role
- Strong experience in data warehouse design and dimensional modelling
- Experience working with large data environments and analytics platforms
- Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with Power BI (Desktop & Online) and DAX
- Proficiency in SQL and T-SQL
- Experience with Microsoft BI Stack and Azure technologies (Synapse, Data Factory, Azure SQL, Analysis Services)
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Python, Notebooks, or cloud-based data platforms
- Understanding of ETL processes, OLAP, and data modelling principles
- Additional Requirements:
- Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Understanding of ERP, CRM, and business processes is advantageous
