You will ensure every booking reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence, from the initial enquiry through to final confirmation, creating a seamless and elevated experience for every guest. This role requires a strong sense of professionalism, commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for luxury service delivery. You will be instrumental in optimising occupancy and revenue opportunities while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing phone and email reservation enquiries
- Processing bookings, amendments, and cancellations accurately in Opera
- Updating channel bookings and billing instructions
- Monitoring room availability and assisting with overbooking management
- Ensuring all guest requests and special requirements are met
- Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving reservation queries
- Supporting revenue growth through upselling and yield management principles
- Preparing reservation activity reports and assisting with administration
What We’re Looking For (Minimum Requirements)
- Matric Certificate
- Hotel Diploma or Degree
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar hospitality reservations role
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Technical Skills
- Opera & GDS systems experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Strong computer literacy
