Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for planning, organising, and managing project scope and phases in alignment with the project mandate.
Required Qualifications:
– Project Management certification.
– Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in a relevant field.
– 2+ years of project management experience
– 3+ years of experience managing the full product lifecycle, with knowledge of development processes and technology methodologies.
Technical Competencies & Experience:
– Manage projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
– Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
– Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
– Provide reporting and communicate with stakeholders.
– Ensure quality outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
– Support account management activities and departmental projects.
– Maintain effective relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
– Drive continuous improvement through project management best practices.
Behavioral Competencies:
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel); project management software experience is advantageous.
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
