Duties:
- Lead end-to-end business system implementation projects.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Map system functionality to customer business processes.
- Configure and customise system solutions to meet client requirements.
- Develop technical implementation specifications and documentation.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
- Conduct system, process, and data testing activities.
- Facilitate user training sessions and support system adoption.
- Provide post-implementation support to business owners, key users, and end users.
- Work within customer change management and governance processes.
- Support software upgrades and deployments when required.
Minimum Requirements:
Education
- Matric + Degree / Diploma
- 5–8+ years’ experience in SQL Development & Support
- Proven experience delivering software implementation projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and customer-facing consulting experience.
- Experience with requirements gathering and business process analysis.
- Advanced SQL development and database management experience.
- Experience conducting system testing, user acceptance testing, and data validation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project deliverables.
