Our client, a growing and dynamic business, is looking for an IT Support Specialist (L2 / Intermediate) to join their IT team. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining system efficiency, supporting end-users, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide second-line support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated tickets within SLA
  • Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and user access management
  • Handle user onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues when required

Experience & Skills | Ideal Profile

  • 2–5 years in IT Support / Service Desk (L2 level)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory/Azure AD
  • Experience working in a ticketing and SLA-driven environment
  • Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
  • Strong troubleshooting ability and customer-centric mindset
  • Relevant IT certifications (A+, N+, Microsoft) advantageous
