Our client, a growing and dynamic business, is looking for an IT Support Specialist (L2 / Intermediate) to join their IT team. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining system efficiency, supporting end-users, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide second-line support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated tickets within SLA
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and user access management
- Handle user onboarding/offboarding processes
- Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues when required
Experience & Skills | Ideal Profile
- 2–5 years in IT Support / Service Desk (L2 level)
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory/Azure AD
- Experience working in a ticketing and SLA-driven environment
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Strong troubleshooting ability and customer-centric mindset
- Relevant IT certifications (A+, N+, Microsoft) advantageous
