Micros South Africa has been appointed as an official NetSuite reseller partner, expanding its cloud ERP offering for local businesses looking to modernise finance, inventory, order management, CRM and supply chain operations.

The appointment enables Micros South Africa to offer Oracle NetSuite’s cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform to organisations across South Africa, giving businesses access to a unified system that connects core operational and financial functions in real time.

By operating entirely in the cloud using a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, Oracle NetSuite enables organisations to access critical business data securely from anywhere, while benefiting from real-time insights, automation, and scalability without the need for on-premise infrastructure.

The addition of Oracle NetSuite to the Micros South Africa portfolio reflects the growing demand for integrated, cloud-first ERP solutions in the local market.

“Our partnership with Oracle NetSuite allows us to deliver a cloud ERP platform that helps organisations scale efficiently, improve visibility and streamline operations,” says Reginald Sibeko, MD of Micros South Africa. “We are particularly excited about the opportunities this creates within the hospitality sector through Oracle NetSuite Restaurant Operations.”

As part of the roadmap, Micros South Africa will also support the rollout of Oracle NetSuite Restaurant Operations, a purpose-built module for the food and beverage (F&B) sector. The solution is designed to bring restaurant back-office operations into one system, including real-time inventory and ingredient tracking, procurement and supplier management, financial oversight and performance reporting, demand forecasting and menu optimisation. By consolidating these capabilities, Oracle NetSuite Restaurant Operations gives hospitality operators stronger control over costs, reduced waste and improved profitability.
