Our client is looking for a skilled Service Desk Engineer (L2) to join their dynamic IT support team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide second-line technical support for escalated incidents and service requests
  • Troubleshoot issues across Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and networking
  • Ensure tickets are resolved within agreed SLA timelines
  • Support end-users via remote tools, calls, and onsite assistance when required
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (AD/Azure AD)
  • Maintain detailed documentation and update knowledge base articles
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while ensuring ownership throughout

Experience & Skills | Ideal Profile

  • 2–5 years’ experience in IT Support / Service Desk (L2 level)
  • Strong experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
  • Proven ability to handle ticket queues and escalations in SLA environments
  • Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking
  • Experience using ITSM / ticketing tools
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, N+, Microsoft) advantageous
