Our client is looking for a motivated Business Intelligence Consultant who is passionate about solving complex business challenges through data, automation and analytics. This opportunity is ideal for a technically minded consultant who enjoys working closely with clients to deliver impactful business intelligence solutions while growing within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and implement business intelligence solutions.
- Analyse client requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Develop SQL queries, data models and ETL processes.
- Create data visualisations and dashboards using Qlik.
- Ensure data accuracy through reconciliation and validation processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation.
- Prepare and deliver client demonstrations and proof-of-concept solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Manage implementations from planning through to deployment.
Requirements
- South African citizen or holder of a valid work permit.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 1 year’s experience working with Qlik.
- At least 2 years’ experience with SQL, ETL processes and data analysis.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Business Intelligence consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client engagement abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
