Our client is looking for a Software Implementation Engineer who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence, enterprise systems, and solving complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows and autonomous business processes.
- Integrate enterprise platforms using REST APIs, Webhooks and automation tools.
- Build event-driven solutions that synchronise business systems in real time.
- Collaborate with clients to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
- Develop, test and optimise AI implementations for performance and reliability.
- Analyse solution performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Produce technical documentation and implementation plans.
- Work closely with cross-functional technical and client-facing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant software implementation or integration experience.
- Experience working with REST APIs and Webhook architectures.
- Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), AI workflows or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Strong Python and data transformation skills.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications such as CRM platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with AI solutions in contact centre environments will be advantageous.
