Our client in the consulting space is seeking a Senior Collaboration Technical Architect to lead the design and technical strategy of enterprise Collaboration, Unified Communications (UC), Contact Centre (CC), and Customer Experience (CX) solutions. This client-facing role combines solution architecture, consulting, and pre-sales expertise to design secure, scalable, and innovative solutions that address business challenges. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, leading customers from discovery through implementation while ensuring successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end Collaboration, UC, CC, and CX solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into technical architectures, implementation roadmaps, and integration designs.
  • Produce high- and low-level designs, architecture documentation, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
  • Lead customer discovery workshops, solution presentations, technical consultations, and executive briefings.
  • Support pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI responses, Statements of Work (SoW), proposals, pricing, and solution reviews.
  • Design integrations with Active Directory/Entra ID, CRM, ERP, ITSM, APIs, REST services, identity management, and enterprise applications.
  • Architect cloud, hybrid, and on-premises contact centre and customer experience solutions, including legacy migration initiatives.
  • Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, privacy, and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Provide technical leadership during Proof of Concepts (PoCs), implementation, deployment, and transition to delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Collaboration, UC, CC, or CX architecture and consulting engagements.
  • Vendor certifications in Collaboration, UC, CC, or CX technologies.
  • Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud certifications.
  • TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification.
  • Extensive experience in Solution or Technical Architecture within Collaboration, Unified Communications, Contact Centre, and Customer Experience technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, security, systems architecture, APIs, REST services, software design principles, and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience with one or more platforms including Cisco UC & Contact Center, Cisco Voice, Genesys Cloud CX, NICE CXone, Amazon Connect, Microsoft Teams Voice, Zoom Contact Center, Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Proven pre-sales, consulting, solution design, requirements gathering, proposal development, and customer presentation experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills.
