To celebrate a half-century of global innovation, Acer South Africa is turning its 50th birthday into a win for its customers.
During August, the official Acer Store will host an anniversary event featuring daily half-price deals, interactive prizes, and a grand cash-back draw.
Every day in August, Acer will offer 50% off one premium product on the Acer online store.
There is also an interactive virtual “Spin the Wheel” feature on the storefront. Buyers will have the opportunity to spin the wheel to unlock immediate rewards, ranging from tier-one discounts of up to 50% off to a variety of free premium peripherals bundled with their purchase.
To top off the month of festivities, Acer is giving one lucky shopper the ultimate birthday gift. Every customer who makes a purchase during August will automatically be entered into a grand prize draw at the end of the month, where one winner will get 100% of their money back on their order.
“We wanted our 50th anniversary to be less about looking backward and more about thanking the users who got us here,” says Glenn du Toit, country manager of Acer South Africa. “This August campaign is our biggest retail celebration yet, giving South Africans an interactive, fun way to upgrade their tech at a fraction of the cost.”
The campaign goes live on 1 August on the official Acer South Africa online store. Deals will change every 24 hours while stocks last.
