Job Description
- Administer and manage client Microsoft environments daily.
- Support client IT infrastructure using modern MSP tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and local network issues quickly.
- Configure and deploy secure Windows Server environments.
- Manage active directory, user permissions, and cloud backups.
- Resolve user support queries within agreed service levels.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client network configurations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through clear, helpful communication.
- Monitor system performance to prevent potential IT downtime.
- Collaborate with friendly team members to solve technical problems.
What You Need to Apply
- A valid Microsoft IT Administration or MCSE qualification.
- Current Network N+ and A+ certifications.
- Proven experience working within a Managed Services Provider environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft server technologies and networks.
- Experience with automated remote monitoring and management tools.
