Our client is looking for a technically strong professional who can bridge the gap between existing software platforms and future-ready technologies while supporting critical traffic monitoring infrastructure projects.

Key Duties
- Maintain, enhance, and refactor existing Delphi-based applications
- Participate in the evaluation and adoption of modern software development technologies
- Design software solutions aligned with performance and reliability requirements
- Support hardware-software integration and validation activities
- Review system requirements and develop technical specifications
- Contribute to testing, quality assurance, and release management processes
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Assist with software architecture and long-term platform modernisation initiatives
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science or Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of software development experience
- Practical experience working with Delphi or legacy application environments
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles
- Experience with source control systems and software configuration practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Valid South African driver’s licence
