Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ project management experience
- Thorough understanding of the industrial and commercial refrigeration and HVAC industry
- Thorough knowledge of project and contract management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good technical understanding of refrigeration systems and engineering
Responsibilities:
- Manage the contracts and projects
- Manage projects on scope, time and cost
- Manage existing relationships with professional Partners and develop new collaboration opportunities
- Manage contractual responsibilities
- Manage cost as per contractual cost
- Increase project profit with 3%
- Submit monthly projects report
- Manage multiple projects at the same time
- Involved in strategic planning
- Accountable for the commercial performance of the Projects team and the strategy that will ensure short- and long-term sustainability
- Responsible for the day-to-day communication with the Projects team
- Implement regular recurring meetings with the Project team, and manage individuals
- Manage business unit targets, budgeting, reporting and project accounts
