The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive requirements discovery and definition for a new loyalty and rewards platform within a complex banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery from broad and ambiguous business needs.
- Facilitate workshops with business, product and technology stakeholders.
- Challenge assumptions and identify gaps, dependencies and risks.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams.
- Create process maps, story maps and analysis artefacts.
- Maintain requirements and documentation in Jira and Confluence.
- Work effectively across Agile, structured and hybrid delivery environments.
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
- Senior Business Analysis experience in complex technology environments.
- Strong requirements elicitation, analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
- Strong workshop facilitation and process/story mapping experience.
- Practical Jira and Confluence experience.
- Good technical understanding and ability to engage with software engineering teams.
