Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; candidates actively working towards Platform Developer II will be viewed favourably.
- Proven experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flow, approval processes, validation rules).
- Exposure to Salesforce REST/SOAP API integrations and familiarity with middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, version control (Git), and deployment processes.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
