Great developers don’t always need thousands of lines of code. Build smarter systems that make a growing renewable energy business work better.

Is this you?
You’re an analytical problem-solver who enjoys finding simpler, smarter ways to get things done. Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with others, you’re curious about technology, meticulous with data and motivated by building practical solutions that genuinely improve how a business operates.

What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
Working within the Systems team, you’ll develop and maintain internal business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, build automations with Power Automate and help integrate third-party APIs and services. Your days will span troubleshooting, improving data integrity, documenting workflows and system architecture, supporting deployments and enhancing UX/UI. You’ll enjoy this because your work will have visible business impact, helping automate processes and drive digital transformation in a rapidly growing environment.

Where you’ll be doing it
Join a rapidly scaling South African renewable energy business developing, owning and managing energy assets across the country. The environment combines technical excellence with autonomy, collaboration and ownership, giving you exposure to a growing portfolio of solar, battery and integrated energy projects supporting South Africa’s energy transition.

What you’ll need
A degree or certification in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Science or a related field is required, together with low-code development experience, particularly Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate. You’ll understand relational databases such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL or Microsoft Dataverse, REST APIs and integrations. Python, JavaScript, Azure or AWS and Git experience would be advantageous.

What you’ll get
A junior to mid-level development opportunity combining technology, automation and renewable energy, with meaningful exposure to business systems, digital transformation and an expanding sustainable energy sector.
