Job Objectives
- To analyse and document business requirements
- To translate requirements into process, data and technology models that can be interpreted by IT in order to develop a solution
- To translate requirements using business analysis methodologies and techniques into processes, user requirement, functional design and/or technical design models
- To facilitate workshops and conduct presentations
- To support project administration
Desired Experience & Qualification
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

SME in Payments field

Integration Analysis
- Systems Analysis
- Solid Business Analysis Exp
- Payment exposure across domestic and international
- Core Banking – Nice to have
Qualification
Relevant qualifications e.g. BCom, BSc preferably in IT or Business related
Knowledge
- System development methodologies and an understanding of the project/system lifecycle
- Processes, information & technology modelling methods
- Project planning techniques
- Industry Experience 3 to 5 years’ industry experience (preferably Financial Services)
Skills and Abilities
- Problem solving/innovation
- Producing deliverables in the form of documentation, consisting of process diagrams and context models
- Supporting project planning
- Supporting project administration
- Supporting the quality assurance process
- Conducting client interviews/JAD session
- Data gathering
- Conducting detailed business analysis

- Supporting the design process and being responsible for test packs/testing
