Small businesses and enterprise groups have to work quicker, smarter, and more efficiently to keep ahead in today’s competitive business market – do more with less. To help businesses stay one step ahead of the competition, Bytes Document Solutions has introduced the Xerox WorkCentre 3655 with advanced features and capabilities that simplify routine tasks and workflows.
According to a comprehensive BLI Laboratory evaluation held in December 2014, BLI’s recommendation notes: ‘Packed with features that move beyond a conventional laser printer MFP, the Xerox WorkCentre 3655X gave a stellar showing throughout its lab evaluation,’ and ‘‘BLI highly recommends the Xerox WorkCentre 3655X’.
The BLI Laboratory test duration took place over two months and included a 75 000 – impression durability test.
The new multifunction device, enabled with Xerox ConnectKey software helps maximize document efficiencies with fewer steps so users can scan, share or print documents with ease. The single touch scanning feature automatically routes documents to email, cloud or a document repository. Advanced printing features allow users to quickly print from a desktop PC, mobile device, USB memory device or the cloud.
With the Xerox Extensible Interface Platform, users can easily customize solutions without any additional technology or support from IT.
The 3655 offers speeds up to 45 pages per minute and has a paper capacity of up to 2,350 sheets – preventing job backup and reducing the amount of time a user spends on routine tasks like restocking paper.
Additional features include:
* Simple print management – the Xerox Global Print Driver enables IT to install, upgrade and manage Xerox and non-Xerox devices across networks with a single print driver – simplifying workflow for the end-user.
* Enhanced Security features – McAfee technology integration actively monitors and reacts to security threats, minimizing the need for user input and more uptime to get work done.
* Cost-effective solutions – user permissions enable customized access to print features – such as two-sided printing – by user, group, time of day, or by application – helping businesses keep costs under control.
