Bytes Universal Systems has entered into a partnership agreement with Tableau Software – the global leader in rapid-fire, easy-to-use business analytics software.
Based on innovative core technologies originally developed at Stanford University, Tableau’s products dramatically reduce the complexity, inflexibility and expense associated with traditional data analytics software. Users are able to access information, perform analysis and share results without assistance from technical specialists.
Organisations use Tableau software in a broad range of cases such as increasing sales, streamlining operations, improving customer service, managing investments, assessing quality and safety, studying and treating diseases, and improving education.
According to Hendrik Blignaut, Strategic Business Unit Lead EIS at Bytes Universal Systems, Tableau allows organisations to quickly carry out in-depth and versatile analysis on small and large amounts of data – displaying it in a visually compelling way that is easy to understand.
“It is imperative that organisations re-evaluate their traditional business model and see data as part of a long-term information strategy, and ensure that the aggregation of data is integrated to enhance insight and inform future decision-making. Effective data analytics enhances the decision making process at all levels of management and improves tactical and strategic management processes,” says Blignaut.
With Tableau, organisations can quickly generate dashboards and reports from a variety of sources. The software is easy to use, quickly implemented and provides a convenient and intuitive visual analysis for reporting across an organisation.
“Tableau’s visual analytics capabilities offers the ability to visualise all forms and amounts of data with ease and speed. The software is able to convert large amounts of data into interactive reports in the form of intelligent dashboards for deeper, effective insights,” adds Blignaut.
Bytes Universal Systems is a bronze partner of Tableau Software, allowing it to distribute Tableau software and provide support and maintenance.
“The functionality of Tableau is absolutely incredible. By expanding our range of best of breed partners, we are offering greater choice to our customers to exploit their data effectively and efficiently,” concludes Blignaut.
