Specialist roofing group who cater for roofing supplies like roof sheeting, timber trusses, insulation, fasteners, flashings and gutters seek a Project Manager to go out and source our premises for the 30 new stores next year.
You will need to have an in-depth understanding of rural areas as stores are not in cities and more in the outlying areas. You will need to source the right premises with the right footprint, where there is lots of feet / traffic, arrange the leases and negotiate the right rentals and sizes of stores. Work with the shopfitters to manage that the project is done and ready for the dates planned.
The ideal candidate is an African Male.
