Duties and Responsibilities
Target achievementCalculate the rate of sale and negotiate orders with buyers accordingly Manage stock levels, expiry dates and returns in storeNegotiate forward share in relation to market shareManage the process of sell in prior to price increases and expiryMonitor and communicate pricing to Key accountsNegotiate promotional activity and implement promotional plansEnsure shelf health is maintained according to Perfect outlet standardsEnsure customer records are maintainedEnsure Merchandiser attendance register is up to dateEffective management of merchandiserEnsure a good working relationship is maintained with both management and floor staff in storesFollow the call cycles and communicate any changes to customersRecords of all company equipment or assets are up to dateOpposition and trade information is communicated according to company requirements

Experience Required
At least 3 years experience in a Sales Representative role requiredExperience within FMCG dealing with wholesale customers (Masscash, Independent wholesalers, etc.) Supervisory skills will be an added advantage
Minimum Qualifications Required
Completed Grade 12 (Matric)A completed tertiary qualification (Business/Sales/Marketing/Retail) advantageous
Knowledge Required
