We are a very well established gas company based in Centurion, in fact we have been around since 1947. We are the only gas lifestyle destination Company in the entire Gauteng.
Some Of Your Responsibilities Include, But Will Not Be Limited To:
Growing our Gas On Tap client base within Gauteng – previous gas industry experience is a must here.
Networking and making connections within various industries and environments.
Cold calling and spending time on the road, so a valid drivers licence is required.
Reaching monthly targets – this is after all a sales position!
Co-ordinating contracts after sign up – pretty self explanatory right?
Liaising and working alongside different departments – we are many team sworking towards the same common goal: making happy clients!
Aftersales – it is not just about taking money from the client and forgetting about them, our client’s happiness is our guiding principle in life.
Skills We Are Looking For
Grasping technical info quickly, this role can be quite technical at times.
Previous gas industry experience would be good, but no worries bud, we have been in the gas game for over 70 years, we will get you up to speed quickly.
With a great position comes great pressure – you will be working on your own mostly in the field, but you will always have human contact with the office.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision and cope under pressure -cos things get hairy some days.
Attend weekly meetings with the Sales and Operations managers.
Must be client services orientated – Good interpersonal skills will be needed, being presentable and professional – this is a client facing position.
Problem solver – challenges can arise within minutes and with the assistance of the Team this needs to be dealt with and sorted out, quickly.
Must be able to embrace change and live The Company’s Guiding Principles.
Agreat sense of humour is how we make it through the day.
