Our Client in Gauteng is looking for Point of Sales Functional Consultant to join their dynamic team. This is a permanent opportunity in the Retail Environment.
The succesful applicant will be responsible to design, build, test and deploy SAP Point of Sale functions and module solutions, as well as troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems
Minimum requirements
- 3 year IT related degree (advantageous)
- Certified in TOGAF, Agile Methodologies (advantageous)
- Certified in COBIT, Prince II (advantageous)
- Certified in ITIL 3 (required)
- SAP Specialist Certification – POS (advantageous)
- Knowledge and experience of Retail SAP architecture, implementation and operations
- Functional knowledge of SAP SD, POS and POSDM / POSDTA modules including interfaces, data migration and integration
- Understanding of SAP POSDM/POSDTA configuration in a SAP Retail environment
- Understanding of XML data structures for retail point of sale transaction data
- Understanding of development concepts, guidelines and SAP architecture
- Knowledge and application of relevant IT best practices
- Knowledge of IT Service Management principles and frameworks (ITIL 3)
