Our client is looking for a Team Leader to join their Company. The successful candidate will be: responsible for: Accountable for ensuring 1AMS measures are updated [URL Removed] for ensuring innovation charts are completed and continuous improvement initiatives are acted upon. Liaise with Group Leader/Production Manager to ensure [URL Removed] daily 1AMS meetingsCommunicate to Team according to 1AMS [URL Removed] for presenting 1AMS results at multi-level [URL Removed] date ILU Charts and Identify training requirements for Team members. Liaise with Group Leader/Production Manager to arrange relevant off the job [URL Removed] manage employees under his/her control in terms of work performance and work habitsComplete daily attendance [URL Removed] absentees to Group Leader/Production ManagerResponsible for discipline enforcement which includes but is not limited to i.e. Counselling sick leave monitoring which includes return to work interviews, monitoring timekeeping, Facilitate resolution of Team member grievances Build a sound working relationship with TeamEnsure Team members are aware of the Company Code of Conduct Accountable for ensuring that subordinates Time and Attendance is administered correctly and according to Company Policy and procedure including normal time, overtime, call outs [URL Removed] and distribute payslips and resolve queries from Team members with HC Administrator. Review the Shift handover book with outgoing Team leader and address problems with Group Leader/Production [URL Removed] proper housekeeping done from previous shift and sign acceptance form from previous Team leaderHold 1AMS meeting and check previous Team leader updated [URL Removed] start up check sheet. Obtain shift plan from Group Leader/Production Manager and communicate to [URL Removed] all machines are manned and stand in for any absent [URL Removed] all Team members are appropriately dressed (in approved PPE apparel).Ensure all operators are logged into the MES [URL Removed] relevant production related checklists including Short Interval [URL Removed] and complete Kronos Time and Attendance. Communicate problems to HC administrator. Ensure that all processes in area of control are operating optimally and communicate Maintenance, Process Engineering, Materials, People and Quality issues to Group Leader/Production Manager as they arise. Assist the Group Leader/Production Manager in resolving [URL Removed] hourly production targets are met and all visual management tools/aids are maintained according to [URL Removed] and implement 5 âú‚¬Å“Sâú‚¬Â [URL Removed] 1AMS charts at end of [URL Removed] over book completed and signed by incoming Team [URL Removed] that the Production Plan is updated and [URL Removed] NC documents for all non conforming materials [URL Removed] the Shift, notify planning and material management of any and all deviations to the machine and process [URL Removed] effective runtime Job cards for breakdownsAccountable for compliance to all aspects of SHER in team [URL Removed] and represent area of control at all Safety Representative meetings. Provide First Aid assistance in the event of an [URL Removed] the Group Leader/Production Manager in completing Incident Reports for any incident, accident or âú‚¬Å“near missâú‚¬Â.Accountable for daily housekeeping and sign off the area is clean and 5 s done at end of [URL Removed] any SHE, 5 S or house keeping problems to Group Leader/Production Manager for [URL Removed] that all products are manufactured to appropriate quality standards.
