Purpose of the Role:
Complete empathetic understanding of Customer
Key Responsibilities:
- To drive customer understanding inside the customer business
- To drive and develop creation of brand communication elements and creative
- Very keen eye of following market and competitive landscape
- Understanding channels, tactics and methods to reach audiences where brand is currently not playing
- Clear understanding of the role or Neuro Linguistic Programming (asking questions)
- Clear understanding of the role of greed
- Clear understanding of the role of fear of loss
- Clear understanding of the role of call to action
- Clear understanding of the role of trust
- Very import to know how to write selling copy, i.e. how to sell product
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
- Experience in digital selling
- Business science background/Consumer Science/Behavioural Economics
- Ability to pull strategy from anything and create something inspirational
