Position: Brand Campaigns Lead

Purpose of the Role:

To be the operational lead for Brand in key areas .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and executing brand activities geared towards increasing the primary revenue streams for the business.
  • Provide Marketing strategy and direction/analysis for new opportunities to the primary business stream
  • Overall brand building and awareness.
  • Manage the public perception of the brand and drive PR to ensure a consistency in terms of “look and feel” across all communication.
  • Support and drive Research to b uild positively on the current perception of offerings and the company as the automatic choice.
  • Manage the output and workflow within the Creative and Communications
  • Ideate, develop and execute marketing campaigns. Effective Media planning, buying and execution utilizing all the aspects of the Marketing machinery, i.e. Brand Marketing, Direct Marketing, Social Marketing and PR.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

  • Postgraduate Degree
  • 5 years’ experience in an Advertising Agency or managing Marketing Teams
  • Understanding of Agency operations
  • Leadership experience
