SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Not currently on any other INSETA programme.
- Presently unemployed and not studying.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing HR service, advice and support to clients.
- Assist employees with any HR related enquiries e.g. payroll, leave, company policies and benefits.
- Coordinate administration of recruitment and selection process.
- On-boarding of new appointments.
- Processing of all payroll documentation requests.
- Knowledge of all applicable labour related legislation.
- Knowledge of HR practices and principles.
- Drivers License a must.
