Our client, based in Johannesburg, is in search of a Data Analyst to join their organisation.Client DetailsOur client is a global Technology and Security solutions provider that provides banknote and securities printing, smart cards, and cash handling systems.DescriptionThe Data Analyst will be responsible for providing business / management information reports to various internal and external stakeholders for the [URL Removed] addition, the Data Analyst will be responsible for the following:
- Process / Procedures and Administration, Report generation, Process compliance
- Ensure data integrity at all times for accurate reporting
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Create and submit monthly SLA reports to all stakeholders’ partners
- Compile all reports from SAP system to business
- Create any ad hoc reports and analysis as and when required
- Collate all departmental reports, compile and submit the service department
- Review, update and implement SOPs for all business processes
- Review and propose system upgrades for new functionality and benefits
ProfileQualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other relevant areas
- Minimum 5 years technical hands-on experience in a service environment with Data Analyst capability
- In-depth knowledge of SAP (ERP System)
- Must be proficient in Excel, Power-point and Project skills
