Purpose Statement
- To develop new data patterns for the cloud based Data Lake according to industry standards and architect guidance.
- To build data products, data wrangling, data storage and making data available via API’s
Experience
Minimum:
- 3- 5 years’ proven experience in software development
- Experience in the following development languages:
- .Net (C#) /Java /Python
- MS SQL 20 and higher/ NoSQL/ Cosmos DB/ Mongo DB
- EMR, Spark, Glue, S3, Lambda, Kineses, SQLS and SNS
Ideal:
- Software development experience on a Cloud environment
Qualifications (Minimum)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology – Systems Engineering or Information Technology – IT Engineering
Knowledge
Minimum:
- IT systems development processes (SDLC)
- Application development
- Testing practices
Ideal:
- Data Product life Cycle
- Cloud environment
- UML
- Systems analysis and design
- Cloud services and more specifically the AWS environment
