Purpose Statement
- Responsible for the management, implementation and support of all IT related functions for Branch and Campus environments, including stores, repairs, lab, logistics, networks, implementation, technical support, ATM and vendors.
- Responsible for management of branch implementation and support in the branch operational regions.
Experience
Minimum:
- 10+ years’ experience within an IT environment managing IT Facilities, Networks, Projects, Technical Support, Lab and Break Fix
- 5+ years in the management and co-ordination of rollout projects for branch and campus infrastructure technologies
- Proven experience in the management of a group of people in a similar environment
Qualifications (Minimum)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Information Technology
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
- Honours Degree in Commerce or Information Technology
Knowledge
Minimum:
- Banking and Financial services industry
- Inventory management, purchasing, repair centres and logistics
- IT equipment and hardware systems
- Project Management concepts and methodologies
- People management
- Supplier and vendor management
- Detailed knowledge of:
- IT Infrastructure implementation and support
