We’re looking for a passionate Academic Principal to join our Potchefstroom campus. CTU Training Solutions is at the forefront of Private Higher Education in South Africa and we are rapidly growing our offerings with our Hybrid Virtual Instructor-Lead Training solutions. As part of the Academic team, you’ll help us strive to make the campus an inclusive, student-centred organisation and an effective learning environment for all campus users.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure high quality arrangements exist for teaching, learning and student support and that the campus delivers high quality education and training to drive 2nd/ 3rd year enrolments.
- Create and manage a positive working environment for all staff
- Assist in student consultations, taking suggestions and discussing the educational needs of individual students.
What we’re looking for:
- You’ve completed a Bachelor’s regree in a related field
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- At the core, you’re a carer and will go out of your way to develop strong relationships with both students and staff.
- You’re passionate about creating a productive educational experience
- Communication and managing competing tasks are second nature to you
- As a plus, you have experience in the 4th Industrial Revolution and the effects of Digital Transformation in Education
