MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
- Ensure that Legal Administration department works efficiently, are productive and that daily targets are achieved.
- Provide leadership and ensure efficient and effective management of staff and resources in the Legal Admin Department.
- Litigation Management – Call Centre Portfolios.
- To maximize the legal process across all portfolios ensuring that stretch targets are achieved.
- Drafting legal documents and pleadings for litigation purposes.
- Will be responsible for 2 Attorneys, Legal Assistants and Paralegals.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- LLB Degree.
- Admitted Attorney with 10 years post admission experience.
- Must be experienced in the field of Colections / Banking Litigation /Financial Recoveries, Loan Management, Vehicle Asset Finance.
- Defended matters within credit industry, secured and unsecured debt.
- Must have dealt with large volumes of files/portfolios.
