My client is has a NOC centre that provides 24/7 NOC support to their massive client base.
What you will need to qualify :
- Previous 1st and 2nd line support in a live production enviroment
- 2 years Plus Linux experience
- Expereince with WMware
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience or a strong interest in Devops : Docker , Kubnernetes and Ansible
