We have an opportunity for a HRIS Specialist to join our Human Capital Team, working particularlywith the newly-implemented Workday® system. The successful candidate in this role will beresponsible for maintaining all facets of the system, including administration, ongoingmaintenance/support of the system and working closely with the Senior HRIS Specialists based inCape Town. This role will work closely with key stakeholders to drive solutions, ensure dataconsistency, data integrity and accurate generation and reporting of information. Specific dutieswill include, but are not limited to, the following

HR Systems?

System Administrator for the whole HR input system, driving data capturing andconsistency
? Assist with and resolve HRIS users issues using appropriate support network
? Work closely with the super-users in other companies within the group, to ensure fullalignment of changes affecting global workflows
? Assist with the training and implementations of new system functionality or modules
? Provide support to the HR team and the business on all system-related experience
? Manage all system updates in close liaison with all stakeholders including IT, HR andPayroll users, employees and managers.

HR Operational Effectiveness

? Support HR projects through the system in line with the Business Strategy? Provide support on HR administration auditing and processes? Create and update HR documentation, including policies, process, FAQ’s and ensuring theHR intranet is always up to date

  • 2 to 5 years eCommerce
  • 2 to 5 years Systems / Network Administration
