You love doing investment admin and support due to having exceptional attention to detail. You’re used to being in a technical industry where compliance is key. You are able to follow processes and are the go to person for admin perfection.
What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
You’ll take on the full investment administration function which includes client database management, new business administration, preparing and processing transfers, claims and applications for retail investments and life insurance. Your days will be consistently filled and challenging, whilst you get the chance to flex your administrative genius!
Where you’ll be doing it
You’ll join a solid team of 10 administrators supporting a panel of brokers based in beautiful offices in Cape Town CBD. A team that believes in building meaningful relationships and simplifying financial decisions.
What you’ll need
You’ll need to hit the ground running so you need to have no less than 3 years’ experience doing retail investment administration. You’ll need solid experience in S14, S37 transfers as well as FICA and FAIS ideally gained at a brokerage with exposure to various providers. Matric is essential and you need to be fluent in English and Afrikaans. Unfortunately parking is not provided.
