- Matric + Design qualification
- Sale experience essential
- Interior design experience would be an added advantage
- Must have extensive sales experience with a solid track record of good sales performance
- Must have an eye for design or at least an appreciation, will be taught our design method
- Must be very computer literate as they will be required to learn a CAD program to do their designs
- Bilingual is an advantage
- Must have a very high EQ as clients can be very demanding
- Must be very professional and mature
