IT Presales at Datafin Recruitment

ENVIRONMENT:Combine your passion for Sales & IT as the next IT Presales individual sought by a provider of comprehensive IT solutions based in Cape Town. The ideal candidate needs to be well spoken and sell solutions to clients they really need, be able to draft proposals and explain quotes in layman’s terms and have basic project [URL Removed] Years’ experience in the IT field as a whole, not necessarily just Sales.

Have a car to travel to clients.

It is critical that you understand IT and has a passion for IT (i.e. is aware of new solutions).

Must be a good listener to identify client pain points which aren’t necessarily communicated and be able to design a complete solution.

Be solution driven, not sales driven and upsell things the client does not need.

Well-spoken as you will be interacting directly with clients.

Good command of the English language to be able to draft proposals and explain quotes in layman’s terms.

Basic project planning to explain Solution phases to our Projects Team.

Attention to detail.

Ability to think have a medium to long term mindset when devising a solution.
