Managing the general day to day aspects of the office, maintaining information technology requirements and supporting administrative business activities.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth running of the office including maintenance of all office services by organizing office operations and correspondence to support management and staff within the organization
- Able to diagnose general network problems – ensure servers and telephones are operational
- Develop and maintain vendor relations and liaise with service providers
- Manage, maintain and update office equipment – copiers, printers and fax machines
- Management of social media platforms
- Assist with website changes/updates
- Provide support in workflow evaluation and improvements
- Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations
- Ensure the facilities are clean, orderly and safe
- Ad hoc duties as required
Qualifications / Skills and Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma in PC literacy / office administration
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications
- Computer hardware and software knowledge
- Proficient in Internet applications
- Understanding of networks and operating systems
- Confident communicator with sound interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
