Our Durban based client is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join their team. Previous Sales Management and industry experience within the IT industry is preferred.
Specifications:
- Able to drive a sales team – 4 staff
- Creative and energetic
- Take charge of the DBN sales budget
- Sales reps monthly performance reviews
- Weekly sales meetings
- Attention to detail
- Work under pressure
- Close deals
- Take over a small customer base
- Reporting – Daily weekly and monthly
- Good personnel skills
- Hungry to grow
- Able to travel PMB, South coast and North Coast
Must have
- At least 2 year sales management experience
- 3 years + sales experience
- Own Car
- Valid driver’s license
- Live in the greater Durban area.
- IT industry experience an advantage
