VACANCY: ADMINISTRATOR – Contract

Location: Nelspruit Mpumalanga

Building Material and Hardware supplier and part of a Big Brand FMCG in the Lowveld, Swaziland and Mozambique is recruiting for an Administrator based at the Regional Office in Nelspruit.

Purpose

Office administrator to the Team and a PA to the Regional Manager.

Key Performance Areas

  • Manage and execute the regional calendar.
  • Organize Company functions and Management travel.
  • General office administration. Prepare statistics, reports, power point presentations, proposals and financial reconciliations.
  • Attending to visiting guests and Retailers.
  • Administrative Coordination within the Management team.
  • Minute-taking.
  • PA to the Regional Manager.

Skills/ Knowledge/Experience

  • Gr 12 and statistically proficient.
  • Valid passport and drivers’ license with 5-year driving experience.
  • Proven track record of work experience in a high performing and demanding work environment.
  • Computer literate (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel-Intermediate)
  • Personal Attributes: Creative, Attention to detail, Responsive, Composed, Team-player, Problem-solver, Adaptable to a changing environment, Excellent Time Management skills,
  • Ability to work in a diverse work environment, Customer orientated and Collaborative.

Salary : R20 000.00 Depending on Experience
