High end Designer Product Range seeks a Marketing Manager to be rresponsible for all aspects of marketing operation with specific emphasis on digital marketing. The goal for this position is to grow our brands’ influence, loyalty & awareness resulting in increased sales instore and online. Working as part of the Company’s management team this position works closely with the Buyers and has a good understanding of the retail business.
Responsibilities:
Website Management
Website – drive converting traffic
SEO/SEM
Drive the creation of landing pages and content
Optimise user experience
Website optimisation and development
Analytics
Analysis and analytics
Accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
Competitor monitoring and analysis
Database Management
Email nurture campaigns and marketing automation
Social Media
Manage social media platforms with a content plan and community management
Creative Marketing
Digital advertising campaigns
Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
Drive new and innovative growth strategies
Coordinate with advertising and media agencies to drive result
Content creation (blogs/website)
Creation of sales collateral (catalogues, training materials, materials to help salespeople
Signage – in and out of store
Instore marketing / POS
Project & Team management
Campaign Budgeting
Ensure all digital as spend is optimised
Manage the marketing funnel through marketing automation
Manage a small team for optimal growth
Recruit, train and appraise marketing staff
What we need:
Tertiary education in relevant field with 3-5 years in digital marketing.
You will be organised, collaborative, analytical, commercially focussed and an excellent negotiator and communicator.
