The key objective of the T&T Manager is to successfully manage the process of change, whether performed by it’s own organisation or through a supplier contract. Whether the changes are technological, financial, operational, technical or logistic, these professionals are entrusted to plan for the anticipated changes, roll them out and monitor them while mitigating risk.
Responsibilities:
- Drive IT and business process change by means of ensuring the supplier T&T contracts are implemented.
- Act as the enabler to provide the customer and vendor with the required information, documents and access to key stakeholders as required by the implementation schedule.
- Minimise project costs.
- Manage change and project delivery related risk factors.
- Ensure the full scope of the contract is implemented and in doing so, maximise the benefit of the project.
- Manage project delivery in line with the pre-agreed delivery schedule.
- Ensure the full change required is planned as part of the transition plan and fully implemented as part of the transformation plan.
- Ensure quality by reviewing project deliverables or ensuring that all deliverables are reviewed by the relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure project governance processes are adhered to by ensuring the project charter is signed up-front and delivery is formally accepted.
- Ensure scope is manage by clearly defining the scope up-front and managing any changes to the scope in accordance with the project governance processes.
- Ensure project stakeholders are kept informed by executing a pre-agreed project communication plan.
- Maintain a communication register to be able to reference communication artefacts as part of delivery management.
- Ensure the changes intended with the project are fully integrated into the existing processes.
- Ensure the technology and/or processes implemented are integrated into the operational reporting processes.
Desired Skills:
- Certification in Project Management methodologies and standards such as PMP/ PMBOK and/or Prince 2
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in IT and business process related Transition Projects Strong IT implementation back-ground
- Strong IT implementation back-ground preferably with Cloud migration
- Ability to manage relationships with internal business customers
- Strong Supplier management skills and experience
- Communication skills

- Proficient in English written and spoken language
- Ability to work under pressure
